FASNY Impact Tour

Get a first hand look at how the massive FASNY project will spread out from the former Ridgeway Country Club buildings on Ridgeway and Hathaway Lane. See how the new buildings, 10 athletic fields, and parking lots cover previously untouched land.

• In the section bounded by Ridgeway, Hathaway Lane, Murchison, Hotel Drive and Gedney Esplanade, there will be 4 buildings, large parking areas, and most of the athletic fields.
  
  
• A basketball court will be off Hathaway, tennis courts will still be on Ridgeway, and there will be 3 athletic fields behind the homes on Murchison and Hotel Drive. This will be the most densely developed acreage. The Lee’s home will be surrounded by parking.
  
  
• Across Gedney Esplanade, a baseball field will be built between the homes on Oxford and Macy.
  
  
• On the other side of Hathaway Lane, a large parking area and a large H-shaped nursery, kindergarten, and elementary school, along with 3 play areas, will spread behind homes on Ridgeway, going east, toward North St. A soccer field will be north of this school building as you bear right on Hathaway and Gedney Esplanade.
  
  
• This is an enormous campus. Every school day, about 1,500 people, including staff, will arrive at this site. This is the equivalent of bringing a small town to Ridgeway and dropping the residents off each day in one concentrated area.
  
  
• This will forever change the quality of life in historic Gedney Farms.
